If you are unsatisfied for any reason, please email us at contact@ticlos.com with your order number. You will receive a prepaid return label and refund within 24 hours. If you didn't register your lifetime warranty within 30 days of receiving the product, we won't be able to issue a refund after the 30-day return window. Please register your warranty!
